The House of BreJil will be hosting “Rocking the Runway,” a social fashion event on March 20, 2011 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. The event will be held at John Casablana (5020 Thoroughbred Land) in Brentwood, TN and is intended to give models a chance to strut their stuff on the runway. The cost is $7.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door. Here are the details as indicated on the Facebook invite:
"This is an event leading up to our 3rd annual charity fashion hair show for the local chapter of The American Cancer Society. The price of admission, for models only, will be $7.00 in advance and $10.00 at the door. This cost will cover food and then some.
There will be up to five (5) each of fashion designers, photographers, MUA's and hair designers prepping models to ‘Rock the Runway’ as if this was an actual fashion show. Each model may go out and represent each designer’s garment, if that designer has their size, as many times as that designer asks them to do so. The purpose is to help all that are in the fashion industry cast models for upcoming events, as well as casting for my July show. This will also give models, which normally don’t get the chance, to do runway modeling. This will be a great night to socialize and network. The fashion industry is really starting to move in Nashville and it's for those who are in the industry to jump on board. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchase by contacting me (Brenda) or through John Casablanca (Situ Bruce). See you there!
Sincerely,
Brenda Y. Marlow – CEO
