Tennessee is ALL about some fashion weeks this year! Not to be confused with Nashville Fashion Week, Middle Tennessee Fashion Week will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2011 through Saturday, April 16, 2011. The event will take place in Murfreesboro, TN at the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro (1200 Conference Center Blvd.). According to the MTFW website, MTFW is “a series of events that will feature fashion designs and clothing merchandising by professional models [that will] increase the visibility of Middle Tennessee as a place not only recognized for local fashions but national and international fashions as well.” Paul Mitchell School in Murfreesboro will be providing all hair and makeup looks, which are to be inspired by each designer’s collection.
